Perversely, I will offer the complete syllabus for RAW 189 so you can see that we have been diligent in putting the new material together, but keep in mind the syllabus ain't the program, and if a picture is worth a thousand words, moving images so much more so.

BAG DRILLS
•    SINGLE-GLOVE DRILLS TO SEAT EMPTY-HAND BUMP/CRASH MECHANICS

PAD & BODY-PROTECTOR DRILLS

Busting the ½ Guard: Rides, Passes, & Hooks Phase 2STEAMROLLER VS. STUBBORN ATTACK-SIDE W/ UNDERHOOK
•    You MUST flatten to remain safe BUT the standard is failing you.
•    Maintain existing controls and slide the far-side elbow to the far-side hip.
•    Get perpendicular and use the double-toe drive to flatten.
•    Switch your hips out for the block and stack.
•    Post and back-kick as in the Double Kick-Pass [RAW 188.]

SLICER PASS TO ½ TOP SADDLE
•    Execute The Flatten & The Ride.
•    Simultaneously hit a slight shift to the free-side & a hip-elevation.
•    Slam the Slicer home and hit an Underhook-Stretcher immediately.

SLICER PASS TO FAR CROSS-BODY RIDE
•    Hit steps 1 & 2 of the preceding.
•    In the midst of Step 2, fire a free-knee wedge.
•    Aft-pressure with the wedge will pop the legs and set the cross-body ride naturally.

SLICER TO TOP-SADDLE [MOUNT]
•    Hit steps 1 & 2 of the preceding.
•    With the knee-wedge still in place and with the addition of a dorsi-flexor hook...
•    Hit an Underhook-Stretcher.
•    Then kick the dorsi-flexor elevator to the mat and hit a knee-flare-the top saddle falls into place naturally.
