We're being all secretive with the Legacy Program so the RAW Crew can keep home-court advantage but...this time around I'm releasing the entire syllabus for RAW 170 [almost--a few key details are left out, privy for my RAW Crew, and I can almost guarantee that in this case, the drills must be seen to be educated to the letter. In other words, the devilish details on on the DVD.]
 

RUMBLE DRILL GOALS
•    Provide a template for fundamental mat-movement.
•    Provide pragmatic chains to educate likely avenues of flow. [Both offensive & defensive.]
•    Provide the linked drills as an aerobic/anaerobic conditioning base to halve our training time and stay focused on the matter at hand: becoming badass mat-men and mat-women.

RUMBLE DRILL HIERARCHY
1.   Educate each individual link in isolation.
2.   Chain them together in the prescribed order.
3.   Once all portions have been mastered-free form to your heart's content.
